We specialize in the best fresh products America has to offer.

Most of the dishes are prepared in our "wood burning oven." The cuisine is French inspired, keeping simplicity in mind. Special care during preparation enhances the ingredients, allowing them to show off their natural flavors.

Paola's Wine Bar showcases a wine-by-the-glass program. One hundred wines are rotated with 30 offered each month, one wine each day to highlight great wines from around the world.

Paola's Wine Bar menu offers a cheese program, as well as specialty platters including seafood, charcuterie and oysters. Soup, pizza and desserts are also available.
