Bravo!
The year 1987 observed the inauguration of the Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival when John Giovando, an attorney with a love of classical music, and Ida Kavafian, acclaimed violinist, first introduced world-class chamber musicians to the Vail Valley through a chamber music tour.

These concerts started small; at one of these first concerts the musicians actually outnumbered the audience! Through a love of classical music, great leadership and stupendous support from the community, the Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival has grown from a handful of attendees to an audience of nearly 60,000.

Grouse Mountain Grill is a caterer for one of the Bravo Soiree dinners in local private homes each summer. The date for our dinner this year is August 1, 2007. Reservations for this event are made only through Bravo!.

Make an evening out around one of the many fine concerts scheduled for Beaver Creek by dining at Grouse Mountain Grill before or after the show. From a light salad or dessert to a full meal, why not round out a perfect evening with great food and a glass of wine?

Breakfast, buffet-style, is served from 7:00 am - 10:00 am daily

Lunch is served daily from 11:00 am - 2:30 pm

Dinner is served nightly from 5:00pm - 10:00pm (winter), 6:00pm - 10:00pm (summer).
