WHO IS ZEBULON?
The name Zebulon comes from the 60's French animation "Le Manage Enchante." It was a political satire with off the wall characters & since it was a cartoon it was very popular with small children. Monsieur Zebulon was an eccentric wizard who had a spring for legs and bounced around fixing peoples problems and in general cheered people up.
