At Sunday brunch, the garde manger class will wow you with the art of the "cold kitchen"—an outrageous feast for both the eye and the palate, featuring house-smoked sausages, meats and fish and the handmade pâtes of European charcuterie. Prix fixe and à la carte menus are both available. And now, brunch on Saturday, too!
