Ballo opened its doors under the direction of Rosebud Restaurants in May of 2005. Conveniently located in the heart of River North and steps from Chicago's famed Theater District, the restaurant is a hit with locals and tourists alike. The idea behind the "Ballo concept" is to find the best ingredients possible and deliver them fresh from the market to the customers table at a moderate price.
